Health is big business.
Being a medical doctor can similarly be a big business if you declare that you know stuff you can't possibly know.
There are about a hundred such physicians in the United States alone ... They are licensed to practice medicine, but what they practice is not medicine ... sorry to break it to you.
Dr. Eric Berg claims that each person can be categorized in one of four body types, type of body, and that body type determines what is wrong with them, how they are supposed to eat, and what they should eat, and what health supplement they should take.
I have had customers who followed Dr. Berg's dietary plan and supplementing, and then, a year or two later, they came to me to have their dietary shortages and supplementation checked.
I have discovered that they were less well than when they began.
Why?
One of the reasons is that no one appears to know themselves. You have far too much details, and the opposite. You are observing from the inside of you. It is hard.
You also change with time.
I used to feel really fatigued and stressed.
I had recommendations from an ayurvedic dude, not a specialist, a lay person, just like myself, saying to me that my vibes are very stressed, Vata vibes.
I didn't know my Vata from my schooling, but I thought it was worth a try.
I stayed clear of the staple food items that made vata even worse, and lo and behold, I was no more nervous.
But before I changed my diet, everybody would have claimed that I was an Adrenal type ... but I wasn't.
I cannot typecast myself. Muscle testing will not match me into any of those boxes or types.
In my practical experience this system is put together in some way to be attractive and easy to understand, and so that a lot of people will buy it and discuss it.
Spoken word ... if it is easy enough and easy to discuss ... a ticket to riches.
But isn't a ticket to getting well, or shedding those excess pounds.
It may be a good beginning, but it will never quite take you there ...
Maybe, like my client, you'll drop some excess weight, but most other aspects won't get well.
For me, the secret is to avoid what would make a lot of air in me ... conversing is primary! salads, raw veggies, cruciferous veggies, bread ... all make gas ... and stop me from being able to sleep, and make me nervous, restless, stupid, and impatient.
Or if you have an inclination for that, maybe even afraid ...
No other cause than the air inside you is making untamed jumps.
Not surprisingly, the food item list I consume by is quite restricted, but I am well now, for the most part, and also sleep ... unless I slip up.
Same is true for my customers.
But ... I definitely don't have anything one solution fit most in my system. I spend hours focusing on a person's chart, so they can get slender, so they can heal, so they can rest well, so they can start prospering in their lives.
And it is working, for 9 out of ten people.
The 1 out of the ten will not follow directions ... they make up their own rules ... even though they got a detailed "map" on how to proceed.
Oh well, you cannot help someone who will not want to be helped.
