Dr berg diet

 

Fitness is big business.

Learning to become a medical doctor can likewise be a big business if you claim that you know stuff you cannot really know.

There are about a hundred this kind of medical doctors in the America alone ... They are licensed to practice medicine, but what they exercise is not medicine ... sorry to break it to you.

Dr. Eric Berg claims that every person can be sorted in one of four types, body types, and that suggests what is wrong with them, how they are supposed to eat, and what they should eat, and what dietary supplement they should take.

I have had customers who followed Dr. Berg's diet and dietary supplements, and then, a year or two later, they came to me to have their nutritionary deficiencies and supplementation checked.

I have found that they were worse than when they started.

Why is that?

One of the reasons is that nobody tends to know themselves. You have way too much data, and the opposite. You are looking from the inside. It is hard.

You also improve as time pass.

I used to get really drained and stressed.

I had suggestions from an ayurvedic man, not an expert, a lay person, similar to myself, saying to me that my vibes are very stressed, Vata vibes.

I didn't know my Vata from my schooling, but I thought it was worth a try.

I avoided the staple food items that made vata worse, and lo and behold, I was no more jittery.

But before I changed my diet regimen, everybody would have claimed that I was an Adrenal type ... but I was not.


I cannot typecast myself. muscletesting doesn't match me into any of those bins or categories.

In my practical experience this system is established in some way to be attractive and easy to understand, and so that a ton of people will get it and discuss it.

Spoken word ... if it is easy enough and easy to discuss ... a ticket to riches.

But isn't a ticket to getting in good health, or dropping those undesirable pounds.

It may be a good start, but it will not quite take you there ...

Maybe, like my customer, you'll drop some body weight, but most other factors won't improve.

For me, the key is to avoid what would make a lot of air inside me ... gabbing is number one! salads, raw vegetables, cruciferous vegetables, bread ... all make gas ... and prevent me from being able to fall asleep, and make me tense, restless, stupid, and impatient.

Or if you have a disposition for that, maybe even scared ...

No other cause than the air inside you is making wild jumps.

Not surprisingly, the food item list I consume by is quite restricted, but I am very well now, for the most part, and also sleep ... unless I slip up.

Same is true for my clients.

But ... I really don't have anything one solution fit most in my system. I spend hours working on a person's chart, so they can get slender, so they can heal, so they can sleep well, so they can start succeeding in their lives.

And it is working, for nine out of 10 people.

The one out of the 10 does not follow directions ... they invent their own rules ... even though they got a detailed "map" on the best ways to proceed.

Oh well, you cannot help someone who doesn't want to be helped.
