Health and wellbeing is big business.

Becoming a medical doctor can also be a big business if you declare that you know stuff you cannot possibly know.

There are about a hundred this kind of physicians in the America alone ... They are accredited to practice medicine, but what they exercise is not medicine ... sorry to say.

Dr. Eric Berg claims that everyone can be categorized in one of four body types, body types, which determines what is the issue with them, how they ought to eat, and what they should eat, and what nutritional supplement they should take.

I have had customers who followed Dr. Berg's dietary plan and dietary supplements, and then, a year or two later, they came to me to have their dietary insufficiencies and dietary supplements checked.

I have found that they were less well than when they started.

Why is that?

One of the reasons is that not a single person seems to know themselves. You have too much info, and the opposite. You are looking from the inside of you. It is difficult.

You also transform over time.

I used to be really exhausted and stressed.

I had recommendations from an ayurvedic man, not an authority, a lay person, like myself, saying to me that my vibes are very tense, Vata vibes.

I didn't know my Vata from my reading, but I thought it was worth a try.

I stayed away from the staple food items that made vata worse, and lo and behold, I was no more nervous.

But before I changed my diet, everybody would have said that I was an Adrenal type ... but I was not.


I am not able typecast myself. Muscle testing does not fit me into any of those boxes or categories.

In my practical experience this system is set up in some way to be attractive and easy to understand, and so that a great deal of people will get it and share it.

Spoken word ... if it is easy enough and easy to share ... a ticket to riches.

But isn't a ticket to getting in good health, or shedding those undesirable pounds.

It may be a good start, but it will never quite take you there ...

Maybe, like my customer, you'll shed some excess weight, but most other things won't get well.

For me, the solution is to avoid what would make a lot of air in me ... speaking is primary! salads, raw veggies, cruciferous veggies, bread ... all make gas ... and stop me from being able to go to sleep, and make me nervous, restless, listless, and impatient.

Or if you have a disposition for that, maybe even afraid ...

No other cause than the air inside you is making crazy jumps.

Not surprisingly, the food item list I eat by is quite restricted, but I am well now, for the most part, and also sleep ... unless I make a mistake.

Same holds true for my clientele.

But ... I most definitely don't have anything one size fit most in my system. I spend hours working on a person's chart, so they can get slender, so they can get well, so they can rest well, so they can start succeeding in their lives.

And it is working, for 9 out of ten people.

The 1 out of the ten doesn't follow directions ... they make up their own rules ... despite the fact that they got a detailed "map" on the best ways to proceed.

Oh well, you cannot help someone who does not want to be helped.
