Dr berg adrenal diet reviews

 

Health and well-being is big business.

Learning to become a medical doctor can also be a big business if you claim that you know stuff you can not possibly know.

There are about one hundred this type of doctors in the United States alone ... They are authorizeded to exercise medicine, but what they perform is not medicine ... sorry to say.

Dr. Eric Berg claims that each person can be classified in one of four types, body types, and that suggests what is wrong with them, how they should eat, and what they must eat, and what dietary supplement they should take.

I have had clients who followed Dr. Berg's dietary plan and dietary supplements, and then, a year or two later, they came to me to have their nutritionary shortages and dietary supplements checked.

I have found that they were less well than when they started.

Why is that?

One of the reasons is that nobody tends to know themselves. You have way too much data, and the opposite. You are observing from the inside of you. It is not easy.

You also improve as time pass.

I used to get really exhausted and stressed.

I had advice from an ayurvedic man, not a specialist, a lay person, just like myself, saying to me that my vibes are very stressed, Vata vibes.

I didn't know my Vata from my education and learning, but I thought it was worth a try.

I stayed away from the staple food items that made vata worse, and lo and behold, I was no more nervous.

But prior to I changed my diet, everybody would have claimed that I was an Adrenal type ... but I was not.


I can't typecast myself. kinesiology does not fit me into any of those bins or types.

In my experience this system is set up in some way to be desirable and easy to understand, and so that a lot of people will get it and discuss it.

Word of mouth ... if it is easy enough and easy to discuss ... a key to riches.

But isn't really a ticket to getting healthy, or dropping those undesirable pounds.

It may be a good start, but it will not quite take you there ...

Maybe, like my client, you'll drop some excess weight, but most other things won't improve.

For me, the solution is to stay clear of what would make a lot of air inside me ... talking is number one! salads, raw vegetables, cruciferous vegetables, bread ... all make gas ... and prevent me from being able to sleep, and make me nervous, restless, stupid, and impatient.

Or if you have an inclination for that, maybe even afraid ...

No other cause than the air inside you is making wild jumps.

Not surprisingly, the food list I consume by is quite restricted, but I am very well now, for the most part, and also sleep ... unless I slip up.

Same is true for my clients.

But ... I definitely don't have anything one solution fit most in my program. I spend hours focusing on a person's chart, so they can get slender, so they can heal, so they can rest well, so they can start being successful in their lives.

And it is working, for nine out of 10 people.

The 1 out of the 10 does not follow directions ... they invent their own rules ... despite the fact that they got a detailed "map" on the best ways to proceed.

Oh well, you can't help someone who does not want to be helped.
