Dr berg reviews

 

Health and wellness is big business.

Learning to become a physician can likewise be a big business if you declare that you know stuff you can't possibly know.

There are about one hundred such doctors in the USA alone ... They are permitted to exercise medicine, but what they practice is not medicine ... sorry to say.

Dr. Eric Berg claims that each person can be categorized in one of four types, type of body, which suggests what is wrong with them, how they ought to eat, and what they should eat, and what nutritional supplement they should take.

I have had customers who followed Dr. Berg's diet program and supplementation, and then, a year or two later, they came to me to have their nutritional insufficiencies and supplements checked.

I have discovered that they were worse than when they started.

Why is that?

One of the reasons is that nobody tends to know themselves. You have far too much details, and the opposite. You are observing from the inside. It is not easy.

You also change with time.

I used to be really fatigued and stressed.

I had suggestions from an ayurvedic fella, not an authority, a lay person, like myself, telling me that my vibes are very stressed, Vata vibes.

I didn't know my Vata from my reading, but I decided it was worth a try.

I avoided the staple food items that made vata even worse, and lo and behold, I was no more nervous.

But before I altered my diet, everybody would have said that I was an Adrenal type ... but I wasn't.


I am not able typecast myself. kinesiology doesn't match me into any of those boxes or types.

In my practical experience this system is set up in a way to be appealing and easy to understand, and so that a great deal of people will buy it and talk about it.

Spoken word ... if it is easy enough and easy to talk about ... a key to riches.

But will not be a ticket to getting well, or shedding those undesirable pounds.

It may be a good beginning, but it will not quite take you there ...

Maybe, like my client, you'll shed some weight, but most other things won't get well.

For me, the secret is to stay clear of what would make a lot of air inside me ... speaking is number one! salads, raw vegetables, cruciferous vegetables, bread ... all make gas ... and prevent me from being able to fall asleep, and make me tense, restless, lethargic, and impatient.

Or if you have an inclination for that, maybe even frightened ...

No other cause than the air inside you is making wild jumps.

Not surprisingly, the food item list I consume by is quite restricted, but I am well now, for the most part, and also sleep ... unless I make a mistake.

Same holds true for my customers.

But ... I most definitely don't have anything one solution fit most in my program. I spend hours working on a client's chart, so they can get slim, so they can get well, so they can rest well, so they can start being successful in their lives.

And it is working, for nine out of ten people.

The one out of the ten does not follow directions ... they invent their own rules ... even though they got a detailed "map" on the best ways to proceed.

Oh well, you can't help someone who doesn't want to be helped.
