Dr berg adrenal

 

Health and wellbeing is big business.

Study to become a physician can similarly be a big business if you claim that you know stuff you cannot really know.

There are about a hundred this type of doctors in the USA alone ... They are permitted to exercise medicine, but what they exercise is not medicine ... sorry to break it to you.

Dr. Eric Berg claims that everyone can be categorized in one of 4 types, body types, and that defines what is off with them, how they should eat, and what they are supposed to eat, and what supplements they should take.

I have had customers who followed Dr. Berg's diet program and supplementation, and then, a year or two later, they came to me to have their dietary insufficiencies and supplementation checked.

I have discovered that they were less well than when they began.

Why is that?

One of the reasons is that no one seems to know themselves. You have too much details, and the opposite. You are observing from the inside of you. It is not easy.

You also improve in time.

I used to get really drained and stressed.

I had recommendations from an ayurvedic dude, not an authority, a lay person, like myself, saying to me that my vibes are very jittery, Vata vibes.

I didn't know my Vata from my schooling, but I thought it deserved a try.

I stayed away from the staple food items that made vata even worse, and lo and behold, I was no more jittery.

But prior to I altered my diet regimen, everybody would have claimed that I was an Adrenal type ... but I wasn't.


I am not able typecast myself. Muscle testing doesn't match me into any of those boxes or types.

In my experience this system is established in some way to be attractive and understandable, and so that a ton of people will purchase it and share it.

Word of mouth ... if it is easy enough and easy to share ... a ticket to riches.

But isn't a ticket to getting healthy, or shedding those undesirable pounds.

It may be a good start, but it doesn't quite take you there ...

Maybe, like my client, you'll shed some weight, but most other factors won't get well.

For me, the key is to avoid what would make a lot of air inside me ... speaking is number one! salads, raw veggies, cruciferous veggies, bread ... all make gas ... and prevent me from being able to rest, and make me nervous, restless, listless, and impatient.

Or if you have a disposition for that, maybe even afraid ...

No other explanation than the air inside you is making wild jumps.

Not surprisingly, the food list I consume by is quite restricted, but I am well now, for the most part, and also sleep ... unless I make a mistake.

Same is true for my clients.

But ... I definitely don't have anything one solution fit most in my system. I spend hours focusing on a person's profile, so they can get slim, so they can heal, so they can rest well, so they can start prospering in their lives.

And it is working, for nine out of ten people.

The one out of the ten does not follow directions ... they invent their own rules ... despite the fact that they got a detailed "map" on how to proceed.

Oh well, you cannot help someone who doesn't want to be helped.
