Health and well-being is big business.

Becoming a physician can also be a big business if you claim that you know stuff you can't possibly know.

There are about a hundred such physicians in the USA alone ... They are licensed to practice medicine, but what they perform is not medicine ... sorry to say.

Dr. Eric Berg claims that each person can be sorted in one of 4 body types, physique, and that specifies what is off with them, how they should eat, and what they ought to eat, and what dietary supplement they should take.

I have had customers who followed Dr. Berg's diet and dietary supplements, and then, a year or two later, they came to me to have their nutritional shortages and supplementation checked.

I have discovered that they were less well than when they began.

Why is that?

One of the reasons is that no one tends to know themselves. You have too much info, and the opposite. You are observing from the inside. It is difficult.

You also improve as time pass.

I used to get really drained and stressed.

I had advice from an ayurvedic dude, not an expert, a lay person, just like myself, told me that my vibes are very anxious, Vata vibes.

I didn't know my Vata from my education, but I thought it deserved a try.

I stayed away from the staple food items that made vata even worse, and lo and behold, I was no more nervous.

But prior to I altered my diet, everybody would have said that I was an Adrenal type ... but I was not.

I cannot typecast myself. Muscle testing does not match me into any of those boxes or types.

In my experience this system is established in some way to be desirable and user-friendly, and so that a lot of people will get it and talk about it.

Spoken word ... if it is easy enough and easy to talk about ... a ticket to riches.

But isn't really a ticket to getting well, or shedding those unwanted pounds.

It may be a good beginning, but it will not quite take you there ...

Maybe, like my customer, you'll lose some weight, but most other things won't get well.

For me, the solution is to avoid what would make a lot of air in me ... talking is primary! salads, raw veggies, cruciferous veggies, bread ... all make gas ... and prevent me from being able to go to sleep, and make me jittery, restless, lethargic, and impatient.

Or if you have an inclination for that, maybe even scared ...

No other cause than the air inside you is making untamed jumps.

Not surprisingly, the food item list I eat by is quite restricted, but I am very well now, essentially, and also sleep ... unless I slip up.

Same holds true for my clientele.

But ... I most definitely don't have anything one solution fit most in my system. I spend hours focusing on a client's profile, so they can get slender, so they can heal, so they can sleep well, so they can start prospering in their lives.

And it is working, for 9 out of ten people.

The one out of the ten does not follow directions ... they make up their own rules ... despite the fact that they got a detailed "map" on the best ways to proceed.

Oh well, you can't help someone who does not want to be helped.
