Dr. berg's hair formula

 

Health and wellness is big business.

Being a medical doctor can likewise be a big business if you claim that you know stuff you cannot possibly know.

There are approximately a hundred this type of physicians in the USA alone ... They are permitted to practice medicine, but what they perform is not medicine ... sorry to say.

Dr. Eric Berg claims that every person can be classified in one of four types, physique, which suggests what is wrong with them, how they ought to eat, and what they should eat, and what dietary supplement they should take.

I have had customers who followed Dr. Berg's diet program and supplementation, and then, a year or two later, they came to me to have their nutritionary deficiencies and dietary supplements checked.

I have found that they were worse than when they began.

Why?

One of the reasons is that not a single person appears to know themselves. You have too much info, and the opposite. You are observing from the inside. It is difficult.

You also change in time.

I used to get really drained and stressed.

I had advice from an ayurvedic guy, not a specialist, a lay person, similar to myself, told me that my vibes are very jittery, Vata vibes.

I didn't know my Vata from my reading, but I decided it was worth a try.

I stayed clear of the staple food items that made vata worse, and lo and behold, I was no more jittery.

But prior to I altered my diet, everyone would have claimed that I was an Adrenal type ... but I wasn't.


I cannot typecast myself. kinesiology does not match me into any of those bins or types.

In my experience this system is put together in a way to be appealing and easy to understand, and so that a lot of people will purchase it and talk about it.

Spoken word ... if it is easy enough and easy to talk about ... a ticket to riches.

But it isn't a ticket to getting healthy, or dropping those unwanted pounds.

It may be a good beginning, but it will not quite take you there ...

Maybe, like my customer, you'll lose some body weight, but most other factors won't improve.

For me, the secret is to stay clear of what would make a lot of air in me ... talking is primary! salads, raw vegetables, cruciferous vegetables, bread ... all make gas ... and prevent me from being able to go to sleep, and make me tense, restless, lethargic, and impatient.

Or if you have a disposition for that, maybe even afraid ...

No other cause than the air inside you is making crazy jumps.

Not surprisingly, the food list I consume by is quite restricted, but I am very well now, for the most part, and also sleep ... unless I slip up.

Same holds true for my customers.

But ... I definitely don't have anything one size fit most in my system. I spend hours working on a client's profile, so they can get slender, so they can heal, so they can sleep well, so they can start being successful in their lives.

And it is working, for nine out of ten people.

The 1 out of the ten doesn't follow directions ... they invent their own rules ... even though they got a detailed "map" on the best ways to proceed.

Oh well, you cannot help someone who does not want to be helped.
