Dr. berg reviews

Fitness is big business.

Study to become a physician can also be a big business if you say that you know stuff you can not possibly know.

There are approximately one hundred such doctors in the America alone ... They are licensed to exercise medicine, but what they exercise is not medicine ... sorry to break it to you.

Dr. Eric Berg claims that each person can be categorized in one of 4 types, type of body, and that body type suggests what is the issue with them, how they ought to eat, and what they should eat, and what nutritional supplement they should take.

I have had clients who followed Dr. Berg's diet and supplementing, and then, a year or two later, they came to me to have their dietary deficiencies and dietary supplements checked.

I have found that they were worse than when they began.

Why?

One of the reasons is that nobody tends to know themselves. You have far too much info, and the opposite. You are looking from the inside. It is not easy.

You also improve as time pass.

I used to be really worn down and stressed.

I had advice from an ayurvedic man, not a specialist, a lay person, like myself, saying to me that my vibes are very jittery, Vata vibes.

I didn't know my Vata from my reading, but I decided it was worth a try.

I stayed clear of the staple food items that made vata worse, and lo and behold, I was no more jittery.

But before I changed my diet regimen, everybody would have said that I was an Adrenal type ... but I was not.

I cannot typecast myself. kinesiology will not fit me into any of those boxes or types.

In my experience this system is set up in some way to be desirable and user-friendly, and so that a great deal of people will buy it and talk about it.

Spoken word ... if it is easy enough and easy to talk about ... a key to riches.

But will not be a ticket to getting in good health, or dropping those undesirable pounds.

It may be a good beginning, but it doesn't quite take you there ...

Maybe, like my customer, you'll drop some excess weight, but most other aspects won't improve.

For me, the secret is to avoid what would make a lot of air in me ... chatting is number one! salads, raw vegetables, cruciferous vegetables, bread ... all make gas ... and stop me from being able to sleep through the night, and make me tense, restless, listless, and impatient.

Or if you have a disposition for that, maybe even scared ...

No other reason than the air inside you is making untamed jumps.

Not surprisingly, the food item list I eat by is quite restrictive, but I am well now, essentially, and also sleep ... unless I slip up.

Same holds true for my clients.

But ... I most definitely don't have anything one size fit most in my program. I spend hours working on a client's profile, so they can get slim, so they can get well, so they can sleep well, so they can start succeeding in their lives.

And it is working, for 9 out of 10 people.

The 1 out of the 10 does not follow directions ... they invent their own rules ... even though they got a detailed "map" on the best ways to proceed.

Oh well, you can't help someone who will not want to be helped.
