Health and well-being is big business.

Learning to become a medical doctor can likewise be a big business if you profess that you know stuff you cannot really know.

There are approximately a hundred this kind of physicians in the USA alone ... They are authorizeded to exercise medicine, but what they practice is not medicine ... sorry to say.

Dr. Eric Berg claims that each person can be categorized in one of four types, physique, and that suggests what is wrong with them, how they ought to eat, and what they must eat, and what dietary supplement they should take.

I have had customers who followed Dr. Berg's diet and supplementing, and then, a year or two later, they came to me to have their nutritionary deficiencies and dietary supplements checked.

I have discovered that they were worse than when they started.

Why is that?

One of the reasons is that no one appears to know themselves. You have too much details, and the opposite. You are looking from the inside. It is difficult.

You also improve over time.

I used to get really worn down and stressed.

I had recommendations from an ayurvedic dude, not a specialist, a lay person, just like myself, telling me that my vibes are very nervous, Vata vibes.

I didn't know my Vata from my education and learning, but I decided it was worth a try.

I avoided the staple food items that made vata even worse, and lo and behold, I was no more jittery.

But before I altered my diet regimen, everyone would have claimed that I was an Adrenal type ... but I was not.


I am not able typecast myself. Muscle testing does not match me into any of those boxes or types.

In my experience this system is established in a way to be attractive and easy to understand, and so that a lot of people will buy it and share it.

Spoken word ... if it is easy enough and easy to share ... a key to riches.

But will not be a ticket to getting healthy, or shedding those undesirable pounds.

It may be a good start, but it doesn't quite take you there ...

Maybe, like my client, you'll shed some excess weight, but most other factors won't get well.

For me, the solution is to stay clear of what would make a lot of air inside me ... talking is number one! salads, raw vegetables, cruciferous vegetables, bread ... all make gas ... and prevent me from being able to go to sleep, and make me jittery, restless, stupid, and impatient.

Or if you have an inclination for that, maybe even scared ...

No other explanation than the air inside you is making crazy jumps.

Not surprisingly, the food item list I eat by is quite restrictive, but I am well now, essentially, and also sleep ... unless I slip up.

Same holds true for my clientele.

But ... I most definitely don't have anything one solution fit most in my system. I spend hours focusing on a person's profile, so they can get slender, so they can heal, so they can sleep well, so they can start being successful in their lives.

And it is working, for 9 out of 10 people.

The 1 out of the 10 does not follow directions ... they invent their own rules ... even though they got a detailed "map" on the best ways to proceed.

Oh well, you can't help someone who does not want to be helped.
