Dr eric berg review

 

Health and wellness is big business.

Becoming a physician can similarly be a big business if you declare that you know stuff you can't possibly know.

There are approximately a hundred this type of medical doctors in the USA alone ... They are licensed to exercise medicine, but what they perform is not medicine ... sorry to break it to you.

Dr. Eric Berg claims that each person can be sorted in one of 4 body types, body, which suggests what is the issue with them, how they are supposed to eat, and what they are supposed to eat, and what health supplement they should take.

I have had customers who followed Dr. Berg's eating plan and supplementation, and then, a year or two later, they came to me to have their nutritionary deficiencies and dietary supplements checked.

I have found that they were less well than when they began.

Why?

One of the reasons is that not a single person seems to know themselves. You have way too much details, and the opposite. You are observing from the inside of you. It is difficult.

You also transform as time pass.

I used to be really fatigued and stressed.

I had recommendations from an ayurvedic guy, not an expert, a lay person, like myself, told me that my vibes are very stressed, Vata vibes.

I didn't know my Vata from my schooling, but I decided it was worth a try.

I stayed clear of the staple food items that made vata even worse, and lo and behold, I was no more nervous.

But prior to I altered my diet, everyone would have said that I was an Adrenal type ... but I wasn't.


I can't typecast myself. Muscle testing does not fit me into any of those bins or categories.

In my experience this system is established in some way to be appealing and easy to understand, and so that a lot of people will purchase it and discuss it.

Word of mouth ... if it is easy enough and easy to discuss ... a key to riches.

But isn't a ticket to getting healthy, or dropping those excess pounds.

It may be a good start, but it will never quite take you there ...

Maybe, like my customer, you'll shed some body weight, but most other things won't improve.

For me, the key is to stay clear of what would make a lot of air inside me ... talking is number one! salads, raw veggies, cruciferous veggies, bread ... all make gas ... and prevent me from being able to go to sleep, and make me nervous, restless, stupid, and impatient.

Or if you have an inclination for that, maybe even frightened ...

No other cause than the air inside you is making untamed jumps.

Not surprisingly, the food list I consume by is quite restricted, but I am very well now, for the most part, and also sleep ... unless I make a mistake.

Same is true for my customers.

But ... I really don't have anything one size fit most in my program. I spend hours working on a person's profile, so they can get slim, so they can get well, so they can sleep well, so they can start succeeding in their lives.

And it is working, for nine out of ten people.

The one out of the ten will not follow directions ... they invent their own rules ... even though they got a detailed "map" on the best ways to proceed.

Oh well, you cannot help someone who does not want to be helped.
