Health and well-being is big business.
Becoming a physician can likewise be a big business if you declare that you know stuff you can't possibly know.
There are approximately a hundred such doctors in the United States alone ... They are accredited to practice medicine, but what they perform is not medicine ... sorry to break it to you.
Dr. Eric Berg asserts that everyone can be classified in one of 4 body types, physique, which defines what is the issue with them, how they are supposed to eat, and what they are supposed to eat, and what nutritional supplement they should take.
I have had customers who followed Dr. Berg's diet program and supplementation, and then, a year or two later, they came to me to have their nutritionary shortages and dietary supplements checked.
I have found that they were less well than when they started.
Why?
One of the reasons is that not a single person seems to know themselves. You have way too much info, and the opposite. You are looking from the inside of you. It is hard.
You also transform in time.
I used to get really worn down and stressed.
I had recommendations from an ayurvedic dude, not a specialist, a lay person, just like myself, told me that my vibes are very nervous, Vata vibes.
I didn't know my Vata from my schooling, but I thought it deserved a try.
I stayed clear of the staple food items that made vata worse, and lo and behold, I was no more nervous.
But before I changed my diet, everybody would have claimed that I was an Adrenal type ... but I wasn't.
I cannot typecast myself. muscletesting doesn't fit me into any of those boxes or types.
In my experience this system is put together somehow to be attractive and easy to understand, and so that a great deal of people will purchase it and talk about it.
Word of mouth ... if it is easy enough and easy to talk about ... a key to riches.
But isn't a ticket to getting well, or dropping those excess pounds.
It may be a good beginning, but it will never quite take you there ...
Maybe, like my customer, you'll shed some body weight, but most other things won't improve.
For me, the key is to avoid what would make a lot of air in me ... chatting is number one! salads, raw veggies, cruciferous veggies, bread ... all make gas ... and stop me from being able to sleep, and make me tense, restless, lethargic, and impatient.
Or if you have a disposition for that, maybe even scared ...
No other cause than the air inside you is making crazy jumps.
Not surprisingly, the food list I consume by is quite restricted, but I am very well now, essentially, and also sleep ... unless I slip up.
Same holds true for my clientele.
But ... I most definitely don't have anything one solution fit most in my system. I spend hours working on a client's chart, so they can get slim, so they can heal, so they can rest well, so they can start prospering in their lives.
And it is working, for nine out of ten people.
The one out of the ten won't follow directions ... they invent their own rules ... despite the fact that they got a detailed "map" on how to proceed.
Oh well, you can't help someone who doesn't want to be helped.
