Dr. eric berg review

 

Health is big business.

Learning to become a doctor can likewise be a big business if you say that you know stuff you can not really know.

There are about one hundred this type of doctors in the America alone ... They are authorizeded to exercise medicine, but what they practice is not medicine ... sorry to break it to you.

Dr. Eric Berg asserts that every person can be sorted in one of four body types, body, and that body type determines what is wrong with them, how they ought to eat, and what they must eat, and what dietary supplement they should take.

I have had clients who followed Dr. Berg's dietary plan and supplementation, and then, a year or two later, they came to me to have their dietary deficiencies and supplementation checked.

I have found that they were worse than when they started.

Why?

One of the reasons is that nobody tends to know themselves. You have too much information, and the opposite. You are observing from the inside of you. It is difficult.

You also change over time.

I used to be really tired and stressed.

I had advice from an ayurvedic dude, not a specialist, a lay person, just like myself, saying to me that my vibes are very anxious, Vata vibes.

I didn't know my Vata from my reading, but I decided it was worth a try.

I stayed clear of the staple food items that made vata worse, and lo and behold, I was no more jittery.

But prior to I altered my diet regimen, everybody would have claimed that I was an Adrenal type ... but I was not.


I am not able typecast myself. muscletesting doesn't fit me into any of those bins or categories.

In my practical experience this system is set up in a way to be attractive and user-friendly, and so that a lot of people will purchase it and discuss it.

Word of mouth ... if it is easy enough and easy to discuss ... a ticket to riches.

But isn't a ticket to getting in good health, or shedding those excess pounds.

It may be a good start, but it doesn't quite take you there ...

Maybe, like my customer, you'll lose some weight, but most other factors won't get well.

For me, the key is to stay clear of what would make a lot of air inside me ... gabbing is number one! salads, raw veggies, cruciferous veggies, bread ... all make gas ... and stop me from being able to rest, and make me jittery, restless, listless, and impatient.

Or if you have a disposition for that, maybe even frightened ...

No other reason than the air inside you is making untamed jumps.

Not surprisingly, the food list I consume by is quite restricted, but I am well now, for the most part, and also sleep ... unless I slip up.

Same is true for my clientele.

But ... I most definitely don't have anything one size fit most in my program. I spend hours working on a client's chart, so they can get slender, so they can heal, so they can sleep well, so they can start prospering in their lives.

And it is working, for nine out of 10 people.

The 1 out of the 10 will not follow directions ... they invent their own rules ... even though they got a detailed "map" on how to proceed.

Oh well, you cannot help someone who doesn't want to be helped.
