Health and wellness is big business.

Study to become a doctor can similarly be a big business if you profess that you know stuff you can not really know.

There are approximately a hundred this type of doctors in the America alone ... They are permitted to practice medicine, but what they practice is not medicine ... sorry to say.

Dr. Eric Berg says that everyone can be sorted in one of four types, type of body, and that specifies what is wrong with them, how they should eat, and what they must eat, and what health supplement they should take.

I have had customers who followed Dr. Berg's dietary plan and supplementing, and then, a year or two later, they came to me to have their dietary deficiencies and supplements checked.

I have found that they were worse than when they began.

Why is that?

One of the reasons is that nobody appears to know themselves. You have way too much details, and the opposite. You are observing from the inside. It is hard.

You also change in time.

I used to get really worn down and stressed.

I had advice from an ayurvedic man, not an expert, a lay person, similar to myself, told me that my vibes are very tense, Vata vibes.

I didn't know my Vata from my schooling, but I decided it deserved a try.

I stayed clear of the staple food items that made vata even worse, and lo and behold, I was no more nervous.

But before I changed my diet regimen, everybody would have said that I was an Adrenal type ... but I wasn't.


I am not able typecast myself. kinesiology doesn't match me into any of those boxes or categories.

In my practical experience this system is put together in a way to be appealing and user-friendly, and so that a ton of people will buy it and discuss it.

Spoken word ... if it is easy enough and easy to discuss ... a key to riches.

But isn't really a ticket to getting well, or dropping those undesirable pounds.

It may be a good beginning, but it will not quite take you there ...

Maybe, like my customer, you'll drop some excess weight, but most other things won't get well.

For me, the secret is to stay clear of what would make a lot of air inside me ... speaking is number one! salads, raw vegetables, cruciferous vegetables, bread ... all make gas ... and stop me from being able to go to sleep, and make me nervous, restless, listless, and impatient.

Or if you have a disposition for that, maybe even afraid ...

No other cause than the air inside you is making untamed jumps.

Not surprisingly, the food item list I consume by is quite restricted, but I am well now, essentially, and also sleep ... unless I make a mistake.

Same is true for my customers.

But ... I definitely don't have anything one size fit most in my program. I spend hours focusing on a client's profile, so they can get slim, so they can heal, so they can sleep well, so they can start prospering in their lives.

And it is working, for nine out of 10 people.

The one out of the 10 doesn't follow directions ... they invent their own rules ... even though they got a detailed "map" on how to proceed.

Oh well, you cannot help someone who doesn't want to be helped.
