Dr berg diet reviews

Health and wellbeing is big business.

Becoming a medical doctor can also be a big business if you declare that you know stuff you cannot possibly know.

There are about one hundred such medical doctors in the USA alone ... They are accredited to exercise medicine, but what they exercise is not medicine ... sorry to break it to you.

Dr. Eric Berg claims that each person can be categorized in one of 4 body types, physique, and that body type determines what is wrong with them, how they should eat, and what they must eat, and what dietary supplement they should take.

I have had clients who followed Dr. Berg's dietary plan and dietary supplements, and then, a year or two later, they came to me to have their dietary insufficiencies and dietary supplements checked.

I have found that they were worse than when they started.

Why?

One of the reasons is that nobody tends to know themselves. You have too much data, and the opposite. You are looking from the inside of you. It is not easy.

You also change in time.

I used to feel really worn down and feel pressured.

I had recommendations from an ayurvedic guy, not a specialist, a lay person, just like myself, told me that my vibes are very stressed, Vata vibes.

I didn't know my Vata from my education and learning, but I thought it was worth a try.

I avoided the staple food items that made vata worse, and lo and behold, I was no more jittery.

But before I altered my diet, everybody would have claimed that I was an Adrenal type ... but I was not.

I can't typecast myself. kinesiology doesn't fit me into any of those boxes or types.

In my practical experience this system is established in a way to be appealing and user-friendly, and so that a great deal of people will get it and share it.

Spoken word ... if it is easy enough and easy to share ... a ticket to riches.

But isn't really a ticket to getting in good health, or dropping those unwanted pounds.

It may be a good start, but it will never quite take you there ...

Maybe, like my customer, you'll lose some weight, but most other aspects won't improve.

For me, the key is to stay clear of what would make a lot of air inside me ... gabbing is primary! salads, raw veggies, cruciferous veggies, bread ... all make gas ... and stop me from being able to sleep, and make me jittery, restless, listless, and impatient.

Or if you have a disposition for that, maybe even scared ...

No other cause than the air inside you is making crazy jumps.

Not surprisingly, the food list I eat by is quite restrictive, but I am well now, essentially, and also sleep ... unless I make a mistake.

Same holds true for my clientele.

But ... I really don't have anything one solution fit most in my system. I spend hours focusing on a person's profile, so they can get slender, so they can get well, so they can sleep well, so they can start being successful in their lives.

And it is working, for 9 out of ten people.

The 1 out of the ten does not follow directions ... they make up their own rules ... despite the fact that they got a detailed "map" on how to proceed.

Oh well, you cannot help someone who doesn't want to be helped.
