Is dr eric berg a quack

 

Health and wellness is big business.

Becoming a medical doctor can likewise be a big business if you say that you know stuff you cannot really know.

There are approximately a hundred such medical doctors in the USA alone ... They are licensed to exercise medicine, but what they exercise is not medicine ... sorry to break it to you.

Dr. Eric Berg asserts that everyone can be categorized in one of four types, physique, and that body type defines what is off with them, how they should eat, and what they are supposed to eat, and what supplements they should take.

I have had clients who followed Dr. Berg's diet program and supplementation, and then, a year or two later, they came to me to have their nutritionary deficiencies and dietary supplements checked.

I have found that they were less well than when they started.

Why is that?

One of the reasons is that no one appears to know themselves. You have too much data, and the opposite. You are looking from the inside of you. It is hard.

You also transform as time pass.

I used to be really drained and stressed.

I had recommendations from an ayurvedic fella, not an expert, a lay person, just like myself, saying to me that my vibes are very nervous, Vata vibes.

I didn't know my Vata from my education, but I decided it was worth a try.

I stayed away from the staple food items that made vata even worse, and lo and behold, I was no more nervous.

But before I altered my diet, everyone would have said that I was an Adrenal type ... but I was not.


I can't typecast myself. muscletesting does not match me into any of those bins or categories.

In my experience this system is set up in a way to be attractive and user-friendly, and so that a lot of people will get it and share it.

Word of mouth ... if it is easy enough and easy to share ... a ticket to riches.

But will not be a ticket to getting healthy, or shedding those unwanted pounds.

It may be a good beginning, but it will not quite take you there ...

Maybe, like my customer, you'll drop some weight, but most other aspects won't get well.

For me, the solution is to stay clear of what would make a lot of air inside me ... conversing is number one! salads, raw veggies, cruciferous veggies, bread ... all make gas ... and stop me from being able to sleep through the night, and make me jittery, restless, stupid, and impatient.

Or if you have a disposition for that, maybe even afraid ...

No other reason than the air inside you is making untamed jumps.

Not surprisingly, the food item list I eat by is quite restrictive, but I am well now, essentially, and also sleep ... unless I slip up.

Same holds true for my clients.

But ... I definitely don't have anything one solution fit most in my program. I spend hours focusing on a client's profile, so they can get slender, so they can heal, so they can rest well, so they can start prospering in their lives.

And it is working, for 9 out of ten people.

The one out of the ten does not follow directions ... they invent their own rules ... even though they got a detailed "map" on the best ways to proceed.

Oh well, you cannot help someone who does not want to be helped.
