Dr eric berg diet

 

Health is big business.

Study to become a physician can also be a big business if you claim that you know stuff you cannot really know.

There are approximately a hundred this type of physicians in the America alone ... They are permitted to practice medicine, but what they practice is not medicine ... sorry to say.

Dr. Eric Berg asserts that each person can be classified in one of four body types, body, and that body type defines what is the issue with them, how they ought to eat, and what they ought to eat, and what nutritional supplement they should take.

I have had customers who followed Dr. Berg's diet and supplementation, and then, a year or two later, they came to me to have their nutritionary insufficiencies and supplementation checked.

I have discovered that they were worse than when they started.

Why is that?

One of the reasons is that not a single person seems to know themselves. You have way too much details, and the opposite. You are observing from the inside of you. It is hard.

You also transform with time.

I used to be really tired and stressed.

I had recommendations from an ayurvedic dude, not a specialist, a lay person, similar to myself, saying to me that my vibes are very anxious, Vata vibes.

I didn't know my Vata from my education, but I thought it was worth a try.

I stayed away from the staple food items that made vata worse, and lo and behold, I was no longer jittery.

But before I altered my diet regimen, everyone would have claimed that I was an Adrenal type ... but I was not.


I can't typecast myself. Muscle testing will not match me into any of those boxes or categories.

In my experience this system is put together in some way to be appealing and understandable, and so that a ton of people will buy it and share it.

Word of mouth ... if it is easy enough and easy to share ... a key to riches.

But isn't a ticket to getting healthy, or dropping those excess pounds.

It may be a good beginning, but it will never quite take you there ...

Maybe, like my customer, you'll drop some excess weight, but most other aspects won't get well.

For me, the solution is to stay clear of what would make a lot of air inside me ... gabbing is number one! salads, raw veggies, cruciferous veggies, bread ... all make gas ... and prevent me from being able to rest, and make me nervous, restless, stupid, and impatient.

Or if you have a disposition for that, maybe even scared ...

No other reason than the air inside you is making wild jumps.

Not surprisingly, the food list I eat by is quite restrictive, but I am well now, for the most part, and also sleep ... unless I make a mistake.

Same is true for my clients.

But ... I definitely don't have anything one size fit most in my system. I spend hours focusing on a person's chart, so they can get slim, so they can heal, so they can rest well, so they can start being successful in their lives.

And it is working, for nine out of ten people.

The one out of the ten doesn't follow directions ... they invent their own rules ... even though they got a detailed "map" on how to proceed.

Oh well, you cannot help someone who will not want to be helped.
