Dr berg fraud

 

Health is big business.

Study to become a physician can also be a big business if you profess that you know stuff you cannot possibly know.

There are about a hundred this kind of physicians in the USA alone ... They are accredited to practice medicine, but what they exercise is not medicine ... sorry to say.

Dr. Eric Berg claims that everyone can be classified in one of 4 types, physique, and that body type specifies what is wrong with them, how they should eat, and what they are supposed to eat, and what supplements they should take.

I have had clients who followed Dr. Berg's diet program and supplementing, and then, a year or two later, they came to me to have their nutritionary insufficiencies and supplementation checked.

I have discovered that they were worse than when they began.

Why is that?

One of the reasons is that no one appears to know themselves. You have way too much info, and the opposite. You are looking from the inside of you. It is difficult.

You also change as time pass.

I used to be really fatigued and feel pressured.

I had recommendations from an ayurvedic dude, not an authority, a lay person, just like myself, told me that my vibes are very tense, Vata vibes.

I didn't know my Vata from my education, but I decided it was worth a try.

I avoided the staple food items that made vata even worse, and lo and behold, I was no more nervous.

But before I altered my diet regimen, everybody would have said that I was an Adrenal type ... but I was not.


I cannot typecast myself. Muscle testing does not fit me into any of those bins or categories.

In my practical experience this system is set up in some way to be desirable and user-friendly, and so that a great deal of people will get it and discuss it.

Word of mouth ... if it is easy enough and easy to discuss ... a ticket to riches.

But it isn't a ticket to getting well, or dropping those unwanted pounds.

It may be a good beginning, but it doesn't quite take you there ...

Maybe, like my customer, you'll drop some excess weight, but most other aspects won't improve.

For me, the solution is to stay clear of what would make a lot of air inside me ... gabbing is primary! salads, raw vegetables, cruciferous vegetables, bread ... all make gas ... and prevent me from being able to sleep, and make me jittery, restless, listless, and impatient.

Or if you have a disposition for that, maybe even afraid ...

No other reason than the air inside you is making wild jumps.

Not surprisingly, the food item list I eat by is quite restricted, but I am well now, essentially, and also sleep ... unless I slip up.

Same is true for my customers.

But ... I definitely don't have anything one solution fit most in my program. I spend hours working on a person's chart, so they can get slim, so they can get well, so they can rest well, so they can start succeeding in their lives.

And it is working, for nine out of 10 people.

The one out of the 10 does not follow directions ... they invent their own rules ... despite the fact that they got a detailed "map" on how to proceed.

Oh well, you cannot help someone who does not want to be helped.
