Fitness is big business.

Being a medical doctor can similarly be a big business if you declare that you know stuff you cannot really know.

There are approximately a hundred this kind of medical doctors in the United States alone ... They are authorizeded to exercise medicine, but what they practice is not medicine ... sorry to break it to you.

Dr. Eric Berg says that everyone can be categorized in one of four body types, type of body, and that body type specifies what is wrong with them, how they are supposed to eat, and what they ought to eat, and what supplements they should take.

I have had clients who followed Dr. Berg's eating plan and supplementing, and then, a year or two later, they came to me to have their dietary deficiencies and supplementation checked.

I have discovered that they were less well than when they began.

Why?

One of the reasons is that no one appears to know themselves. You have too much data, and the opposite. You are observing from the inside. It is not easy.

You also transform as time pass.

I used to be really exhausted and stressed.

I had suggestions from an ayurvedic guy, not an authority, a lay person, just like myself, saying to me that my vibes are very nervous, Vata vibes.

I didn't know my Vata from my education and learning, but I thought it deserved a try.

I stayed clear of the staple food items that made vata even worse, and lo and behold, I was no more jittery.

But prior to I altered my diet, everyone would have said that I was an Adrenal type ... but I was not.


I can't typecast myself. kinesiology does not match me into any of those bins or categories.

In my practical experience this system is set up in some way to be attractive and user-friendly, and so that a ton of people will purchase it and talk about it.

Spoken word ... if it is easy enough and easy to talk about ... a key to riches.

But will not be a ticket to getting healthy, or shedding those excess pounds.

It may be a good beginning, but it will not quite take you there ...

Maybe, like my client, you'll drop some excess weight, but most other factors won't get well.

For me, the secret is to stay clear of what would make a lot of air inside me ... gabbing is number one! salads, raw veggies, cruciferous veggies, bread ... all make gas ... and stop me from being able to sleep through the night, and make me tense, restless, listless, and impatient.

Or if you have an inclination for that, maybe even scared ...

No other reason than the air inside you is making crazy jumps.

Not surprisingly, the food list I consume by is quite restricted, but I am very well now, for the most part, and also sleep ... unless I slip up.

Same holds true for my clientele.

But ... I definitely don't have anything one solution fit most in my program. I spend hours working on a client's chart, so they can get slender, so they can get well, so they can rest well, so they can start being successful in their lives.

And it is working, for nine out of 10 people.

The one out of the 10 doesn't follow directions ... they make up their own rules ... even though they got a detailed "map" on the best ways to proceed.

Oh well, you can't help someone who does not want to be helped.
