Dr eric berg products

 

Fitness is big business.

Learning to become a doctor can similarly be a big business if you say that you know stuff you cannot really know.

There are approximately a hundred this kind of physicians in the United States alone ... They are permitted to practice medicine, but what they exercise is not medicine ... sorry to break it to you.

Dr. Eric Berg asserts that every person can be classified in one of 4 types, body, which determines what is off with them, how they are supposed to eat, and what they are supposed to eat, and what nutritional supplement they should take.

I have had customers who followed Dr. Berg's diet program and supplementing, and then, a year or two later, they came to me to have their nutritional deficiencies and dietary supplements checked.

I have found that they were worse than when they began.

Why is that?

One of the reasons is that nobody seems to know themselves. You have too much data, and the opposite. You are observing from the inside. It is not easy.

You also transform as time pass.

I used to feel really burnt out and feel pressured.

I had advice from an ayurvedic man, not an authority, a lay person, like myself, telling me that my vibes are very tense, Vata vibes.

I didn't know my Vata from my education, but I thought it was worth a try.

I stayed away from the staple food items that made vata even worse, and lo and behold, I was no longer jittery.

But prior to I altered my diet, everyone would have claimed that I was an Adrenal type ... but I was not.


I can't typecast myself. muscletesting will not fit me into any of those bins or types.

In my experience this system is established somehow to be desirable and easy to understand, and so that a ton of people will buy it and talk about it.

Word of mouth ... if it is easy enough and easy to talk about ... a ticket to riches.

But will not be a ticket to getting healthy, or dropping those undesirable pounds.

It may be a good start, but it doesn't quite take you there ...

Maybe, like my customer, you'll shed some body weight, but most other factors won't improve.

For me, the key is to stay clear of what would make a lot of air inside me ... gabbing is number one! salads, raw vegetables, cruciferous vegetables, bread ... all make gas ... and stop me from being able to fall asleep, and make me nervous, restless, lethargic, and impatient.

Or if you have an inclination for that, maybe even scared ...

No other reason than the air inside you is making crazy jumps.

Not surprisingly, the food list I consume by is quite restrictive, but I am well now, for the most part, and also sleep ... unless I make a mistake.

Same holds true for my clientele.

But ... I definitely don't have anything one solution fit most in my program. I spend hours focusing on a person's profile, so they can get slender, so they can get well, so they can sleep well, so they can start succeeding in their lives.

And it is working, for nine out of ten people.

The one out of the ten does not follow directions ... they invent their own rules ... despite the fact that they got a detailed "map" on the best ways to proceed.

Oh well, you cannot help someone who will not want to be helped.
