Is dr eric berg legit

 

Health and wellness is big business.

Becoming a physician can likewise be a big business if you say that you know stuff you can't really know.

There are approximately a hundred this type of physicians in the America alone ... They are licensed to exercise medicine, but what they perform is not medicine ... sorry to break it to you.

Dr. Eric Berg says that each person can be classified in one of four types, body types, which defines what is the issue with them, how they should eat, and what they are supposed to eat, and what dietary supplement they should take.

I have had customers who followed Dr. Berg's eating plan and supplementing, and then, a year or two later, they came to me to have their nutritionary insufficiencies and dietary supplements checked.

I have found that they were less well than when they started.

Why is that?

One of the reasons is that not a single person seems to know themselves. You have way too much information, and the opposite. You are looking from the inside of you. It is difficult.

You also improve with time.

I used to feel really tired and feel pressured.

I had recommendations from an ayurvedic fella, not a specialist, a lay person, similar to myself, saying to me that my vibes are very nervous, Vata vibes.

I didn't know my Vata from my schooling, but I thought it deserved a try.

I stayed away from the staple food items that made vata even worse, and lo and behold, I was no longer jittery.

But prior to I altered my diet regimen, everybody would have said that I was an Adrenal type ... but I was not.


I can't typecast myself. kinesiology doesn't fit me into any of those boxes or categories.

In my practical experience this system is put together somehow to be appealing and user-friendly, and so that a great deal of people will get it and discuss it.

Spoken word ... if it is easy enough and easy to discuss ... a key to riches.

But isn't really a ticket to getting well, or shedding those undesirable pounds.

It may be a good beginning, but it will never quite take you there ...

Maybe, like my customer, you'll drop some excess weight, but most other factors won't improve.

For me, the secret is to avoid what would make a lot of air inside me ... gabbing is primary! salads, raw vegetables, cruciferous vegetables, bread ... all make gas ... and stop me from being able to sleep through the night, and make me nervous, restless, lethargic, and impatient.

Or if you have an inclination for that, maybe even frightened ...

No other explanation than the air inside you is making untamed jumps.

Not surprisingly, the food list I consume by is quite restrictive, but I am very well now, for the most part, and also sleep ... unless I make a mistake.

Same holds true for my clientele.

But ... I really don't have anything one solution fit most in my system. I spend hours focusing on a client's profile, so they can get slim, so they can heal, so they can sleep well, so they can start being successful in their lives.

And it is working, for 9 out of 10 people.

The 1 out of the 10 does not follow directions ... they make up their own rules ... despite the fact that they got a detailed "map" on how to proceed.

Oh well, you can't help someone who doesn't want to be helped.
