Health and well-being is big business.

Being a physician can likewise be a big business if you declare that you know stuff you can not possibly know.

There are approximately one hundred this kind of medical doctors in the United States alone ... They are accredited to practice medicine, but what they practice is not medicine ... sorry to break it to you.

Dr. Eric Berg says that everyone can be categorized in one of four body types, physique, which suggests what is off with them, how they are supposed to eat, and what they ought to eat, and what health supplement they should take.

I have had customers who followed Dr. Berg's dietary plan and dietary supplements, and then, a year or two later, they came to me to have their dietary insufficiencies and dietary supplements checked.

I have discovered that they were worse than when they started.

Why is that?

One of the reasons is that nobody tends to know themselves. You have far too much data, and the opposite. You are looking from the inside. It is not easy.

You also improve over time.

I used to get really worn down and feel pressured.

I had suggestions from an ayurvedic man, not a specialist, a lay person, like myself, saying to me that my vibes are very nervous, Vata vibes.

I didn't know my Vata from my schooling, but I thought it was worth a try.

I stayed clear of the staple food items that made vata even worse, and lo and behold, I was no longer nervous.

But prior to I altered my diet, everyone would have claimed that I was an Adrenal type ... but I was not.


I am not able typecast myself. muscletesting will not match me into any of those bins or categories.

In my practical experience this system is set up somehow to be desirable and understandable, and so that a ton of people will get it and discuss it.

Spoken word ... if it is easy enough and easy to discuss ... a ticket to riches.

But isn't a ticket to getting in good health, or shedding those unwanted pounds.

It may be a good start, but it will not quite take you there ...

Maybe, like my customer, you'll drop some excess weight, but most other aspects won't get well.

For me, the solution is to avoid what would make a lot of air inside me ... conversing is number one! salads, raw vegetables, cruciferous vegetables, bread ... all make gas ... and prevent me from being able to fall asleep, and make me nervous, restless, stupid, and impatient.

Or if you have a disposition for that, maybe even scared ...

No other cause than the air inside you is making crazy jumps.

Not surprisingly, the food item list I eat by is quite restrictive, but I am very well now, essentially, and also sleep ... unless I slip up.

Same holds true for my clients.

But ... I really don't have anything one size fit most in my program. I spend hours working on a person's profile, so they can get slim, so they can heal, so they can rest well, so they can start prospering in their lives.

And it is working, for 9 out of 10 people.

The 1 out of the 10 will not follow directions ... they make up their own rules ... despite the fact that they got a detailed "map" on how to proceed.

Oh well, you can't help someone who will not want to be helped.
