dr. berg's new body type guide

Dr. berg's new body type guide

Health and well-being is big business.

Learning to become a physician can also be a big business if you say that you know stuff you cannot possibly know.

There are about one hundred this kind of physicians in the USA alone ... They are permitted to practice medicine, but what they exercise is not medicine ... sorry to say.

Dr. Eric Berg asserts that everyone can be classified in one of four body types, type of body, and that body type specifies what is the issue with them, how they are supposed to eat, and what they ought to eat, and what supplements they should take.

I have had clients who followed Dr. Berg's dietary plan and supplementing, and then, a year or two later, they came to me to have their nutritional insufficiencies and supplementation checked.

I have discovered that they were less well than when they started.

Why is that?

One of the reasons is that no one seems to know themselves. You have too much details, and the opposite. You are observing from the inside of you. It is not easy.

You also transform with time.

I used to be really worn down and stressed.

I had suggestions from an ayurvedic man, not a specialist, a lay person, just like myself, saying to me that my vibes are very jittery, Vata vibes.

I didn't know my Vata from my schooling, but I thought it was worth a try.

I stayed away from the staple food items that made vata worse, and lo and behold, I was no more jittery.

But prior to I altered my diet, everybody would have claimed that I was an Adrenal type ... but I was not.

I cannot typecast myself. Muscle testing will not match me into any of those boxes or categories.

In my experience this system is set up in a way to be attractive and understandable, and so that a lot of people will buy it and talk about it.

Word of mouth ... if it is easy enough and easy to talk about ... a key to riches.

But isn't really a ticket to getting healthy, or dropping those undesirable pounds.

It may be a good start, but it doesn't quite take you there ...

Maybe, like my client, you'll shed some weight, but most other aspects won't get well.

For me, the solution is to stay clear of what would make a lot of air in me ... gabbing is primary! salads, raw veggies, cruciferous veggies, bread ... all make gas ... and stop me from being able to sleep through the night, and make me nervous, restless, listless, and impatient.

Or if you have an inclination for that, maybe even frightened ...

No other reason than the air inside you is making untamed jumps.

Not surprisingly, the food item list I consume by is quite restricted, but I am well now, essentially, and also sleep ... unless I make a mistake.

Same is true for my clientele.

But ... I really don't have anything one size fit most in my program. I spend hours working on a person's profile, so they can get slim, so they can get well, so they can sleep well, so they can start prospering in their lives.

And it is working, for nine out of ten people.

The one out of the ten does not follow directions ... they make up their own rules ... even though they got a detailed "map" on how to proceed.

Oh well, you can't help someone who will not want to be helped.
