Dr berg review

Health and well-being is big business.

Becoming a medical doctor can similarly be a big business if you claim that you know stuff you can't really know.

There are about a hundred such doctors in the America alone ... They are accredited to exercise medicine, but what they practice is not medicine ... sorry to break it to you.

Dr. Eric Berg claims that everyone can be sorted in one of 4 body types, type of body, and that body type suggests what is off with them, how they are supposed to eat, and what they are supposed to eat, and what dietary supplement they should take.

I have had clients who followed Dr. Berg's diet and dietary supplements, and then, a year or two later, they came to me to have their dietary deficiencies and supplementation checked.

I have found that they were worse than when they began.

Why is that?

One of the reasons is that no one seems to know themselves. You have too much information, and the opposite. You are observing from the inside. It is not easy.

You also change in time.

I used to be really fatigued and feel pressured.

I had recommendations from an ayurvedic dude, not an authority, a lay person, just like myself, saying to me that my vibes are very jittery, Vata vibes.

I didn't know my Vata from my education, but I decided it was worth a try.

I stayed clear of the staple food items that made vata even worse, and lo and behold, I was no longer jittery.

But before I altered my diet regimen, everybody would have said that I was an Adrenal type ... but I wasn't.

I can't typecast myself. muscletesting doesn't match me into any of those bins or types.

In my practical experience this system is put together in some way to be desirable and understandable, and so that a great deal of people will get it and share it.

Spoken word ... if it is easy enough and easy to share ... a key to riches.

But isn't really a ticket to getting healthy, or shedding those undesirable pounds.

It may be a good beginning, but it doesn't quite take you there ...

Maybe, like my client, you'll lose some excess weight, but most other things won't improve.

For me, the key is to stay clear of what would make a lot of air inside me ... talking is number one! salads, raw veggies, cruciferous veggies, bread ... all make gas ... and prevent me from being able to go to sleep, and make me jittery, restless, listless, and impatient.

Or if you have an inclination for that, maybe even scared ...

No other explanation than the air inside you is making untamed jumps.

Not surprisingly, the food list I eat by is quite restrictive, but I am well now, essentially, and also sleep ... unless I make a mistake.

Same is true for my clients.

But ... I most definitely don't have anything one solution fit most in my system. I spend hours focusing on a client's profile, so they can get slender, so they can get well, so they can rest well, so they can start prospering in their lives.

And it is working, for 9 out of ten people.

The 1 out of the ten doesn't follow directions ... they invent their own rules ... despite the fact that they got a detailed "map" on how to proceed.

Oh well, you can't help someone who doesn't want to be helped.
