Berg body type

 

Health and wellness is big business.

Becoming a doctor can likewise be a big business if you profess that you know stuff you can't possibly know.

There are about one hundred this type of doctors in the America alone ... They are authorizeded to practice medicine, but what they perform is not medicine ... sorry to say.

Dr. Eric Berg asserts that each person can be sorted in one of 4 body types, body, which determines what is wrong with them, how they are supposed to eat, and what they ought to eat, and what dietary supplement they should take.

I have had customers who followed Dr. Berg's dietary plan and supplementing, and then, a year or two later, they came to me to have their nutritionary insufficiencies and supplementation checked.

I have found that they were worse than when they began.

Why?

One of the reasons is that no one seems to know themselves. You have too much details, and the opposite. You are looking from the inside. It is hard.

You also change as time pass.

I used to feel really burnt out and stressed.

I had suggestions from an ayurvedic guy, not an expert, a lay person, similar to myself, saying to me that my vibes are very stressed, Vata vibes.

I didn't know my Vata from my schooling, but I thought it was worth a try.

I stayed away from the staple food items that made vata worse, and lo and behold, I was no more nervous.

But before I changed my diet, everyone would have claimed that I was an Adrenal type ... but I wasn't.


I cannot typecast myself. muscletesting does not match me into any of those boxes or categories.

In my practical experience this system is put together somehow to be appealing and easy to understand, and so that a ton of people will purchase it and talk about it.

Word of mouth ... if it is easy enough and easy to talk about ... a ticket to riches.

But will not be a ticket to getting in good health, or shedding those undesirable pounds.

It may be a good start, but it will never quite take you there ...

Maybe, like my client, you'll shed some weight, but most other aspects won't get well.

For me, the secret is to avoid what would make a lot of air in me ... conversing is number one! salads, raw vegetables, cruciferous vegetables, bread ... all make gas ... and prevent me from being able to rest, and make me jittery, restless, listless, and impatient.

Or if you have an inclination for that, maybe even afraid ...

No other explanation than the air inside you is making untamed jumps.

Not surprisingly, the food item list I eat by is quite restrictive, but I am well now, essentially, and also sleep ... unless I make a mistake.

Same holds true for my clientele.

But ... I definitely don't have anything one size fit most in my program. I spend hours working on a client's profile, so they can get slender, so they can get well, so they can rest well, so they can start succeeding in their lives.

And it is working, for 9 out of 10 people.

The one out of the 10 will not follow directions ... they invent their own rules ... despite the fact that they got a detailed "map" on the best ways to proceed.

Oh well, you cannot help someone who does not want to be helped.
