Fitness is big business.

Learning to become a doctor can also be a big business if you declare that you know stuff you cannot possibly know.

There are approximately a hundred this type of medical doctors in the USA alone ... They are accredited to exercise medicine, but what they perform is not medicine ... sorry to say.

Dr. Eric Berg says that every person can be categorized in one of four types, body, and that body type determines what is wrong with them, how they ought to eat, and what they are supposed to eat, and what health supplement they should take.

I have had customers who followed Dr. Berg's diet and supplementation, and then, a year or two later, they came to me to have their nutritionary insufficiencies and supplementation checked.

I have discovered that they were worse than when they started.

Why is that?

One of the reasons is that no one tends to know themselves. You have too much info, and the opposite. You are observing from the inside. It is hard.

You also transform over time.

I used to be really worn down and stressed.

I had recommendations from an ayurvedic guy, not a specialist, a lay person, just like myself, telling me that my vibes are very jittery, Vata vibes.

I didn't know my Vata from my reading, but I decided it was worth a try.

I stayed away from the staple food items that made vata worse, and lo and behold, I was no longer nervous.

But prior to I altered my diet, everybody would have said that I was an Adrenal type ... but I was not.


I can't typecast myself. muscletesting doesn't match me into any of those boxes or types.

In my practical experience this system is set up in a way to be desirable and understandable, and so that a great deal of people will purchase it and discuss it.

Spoken word ... if it is easy enough and easy to discuss ... a ticket to riches.

But isn't a ticket to getting healthy, or dropping those excess pounds.

It may be a good start, but it will not quite take you there ...

Maybe, like my customer, you'll drop some body weight, but most other factors won't get well.

For me, the key is to stay clear of what would make a lot of air in me ... chatting is primary! salads, raw veggies, cruciferous veggies, bread ... all make gas ... and stop me from being able to sleep, and make me jittery, restless, lethargic, and impatient.

Or if you have a disposition for that, maybe even scared ...

No other cause than the air inside you is making wild jumps.

Not surprisingly, the food item list I consume by is quite restrictive, but I am very well now, for the most part, and also sleep ... unless I slip up.

Same holds true for my customers.

But ... I most definitely don't have anything one size fit most in my program. I spend hours working on a person's profile, so they can get slender, so they can heal, so they can sleep well, so they can start being successful in their lives.

And it is working, for 9 out of 10 people.

The 1 out of the 10 doesn't follow directions ... they make up their own rules ... even though they got a detailed "map" on the best ways to proceed.

Oh well, you cannot help someone who doesn't want to be helped.
