Is dr eric berg legitimate

 

Health and well-being is big business.

Study to become a doctor can also be a big business if you profess that you know stuff you can't possibly know.

There are approximately a hundred this kind of physicians in the United States alone ... They are authorizeded to exercise medicine, but what they perform is not medicine ... sorry to say.

Dr. Eric Berg claims that every person can be classified in one of 4 body types, physique, and that body type specifies what is off with them, how they are supposed to eat, and what they ought to eat, and what dietary supplement they should take.

I have had customers who followed Dr. Berg's diet program and supplementation, and then, a year or two later, they came to me to have their nutritionary deficiencies and dietary supplements checked.

I have found that they were worse than when they started.

Why is that?

One of the reasons is that nobody tends to know themselves. You have way too much data, and the opposite. You are observing from the inside of you. It is hard.

You also transform in time.

I used to get really burnt out and feel pressured.

I had advice from an ayurvedic man, not an authority, a lay person, similar to myself, told me that my vibes are very nervous, Vata vibes.

I didn't know my Vata from my reading, but I decided it deserved a try.

I stayed away from the staple food items that made vata even worse, and lo and behold, I was no longer nervous.

But prior to I altered my diet regimen, everyone would have claimed that I was an Adrenal type ... but I wasn't.


I am not able typecast myself. Muscle testing doesn't fit me into any of those bins or categories.

In my practical experience this system is established in a way to be appealing and user-friendly, and so that a lot of people will get it and share it.

Spoken word ... if it is easy enough and easy to share ... a ticket to riches.

But will not be a ticket to getting in good health, or dropping those unwanted pounds.

It may be a good beginning, but it doesn't quite take you there ...

Maybe, like my client, you'll lose some excess weight, but most other things won't get well.

For me, the secret is to stay clear of what would make a lot of air inside me ... talking is number one! salads, raw veggies, cruciferous veggies, bread ... all make gas ... and prevent me from being able to sleep through the night, and make me jittery, restless, listless, and impatient.

Or if you have an inclination for that, maybe even afraid ...

No other cause than the air inside you is making wild jumps.

Not surprisingly, the food list I consume by is quite restrictive, but I am well now, essentially, and also sleep ... unless I slip up.

Same is true for my clientele.

But ... I most definitely don't have anything one size fit most in my program. I spend hours working on a person's profile, so they can get slender, so they can heal, so they can rest well, so they can start succeeding in their lives.

And it is working, for 9 out of 10 people.

The one out of the 10 will not follow directions ... they invent their own rules ... even though they got a detailed "map" on how to proceed.

Oh well, you can't help someone who doesn't want to be helped.
