Dr berg keto diet

 

Health and well-being is big business.

Becoming a doctor can similarly be a big business if you profess that you know stuff you cannot possibly know.

There are about a hundred such medical doctors in the America alone ... They are licensed to practice medicine, but what they exercise is not medicine ... sorry to say.

Dr. Eric Berg claims that every person can be classified in one of 4 body types, physique, which defines what is off with them, how they should eat, and what they must eat, and what dietary supplement they should take.

I have had customers who followed Dr. Berg's dietary plan and supplementation, and then, a year or two later, they came to me to have their dietary shortages and supplements checked.

I have found that they were less well than when they began.

Why is that?

One of the reasons is that not a single person tends to know themselves. You have far too much info, and the opposite. You are observing from the inside. It is hard.

You also improve with time.

I used to be really exhausted and stressed.

I had suggestions from an ayurvedic man, not an expert, a lay person, similar to myself, saying to me that my vibes are very nervous, Vata vibes.

I didn't know my Vata from my schooling, but I thought it was worth a try.

I stayed clear of the staple food items that made vata even worse, and lo and behold, I was no more nervous.

But before I altered my diet, everyone would have said that I was an Adrenal type ... but I was not.


I cannot typecast myself. muscletesting does not match me into any of those bins or types.

In my experience this system is established in a way to be appealing and understandable, and so that a great deal of people will purchase it and discuss it.

Spoken word ... if it is easy enough and easy to discuss ... a key to riches.

But it isn't a ticket to getting healthy, or shedding those excess pounds.

It may be a good beginning, but it doesn't quite take you there ...

Maybe, like my client, you'll lose some weight, but most other things won't get well.

For me, the key is to stay clear of what would make a lot of air in me ... chatting is primary! salads, raw vegetables, cruciferous vegetables, bread ... all make gas ... and stop me from being able to go to sleep, and make me tense, restless, listless, and impatient.

Or if you have a disposition for that, maybe even frightened ...

No other reason than the air inside you is making untamed jumps.

Not surprisingly, the food item list I eat by is quite restrictive, but I am very well now, for the most part, and also sleep ... unless I make a mistake.

Same is true for my customers.

But ... I definitely don't have anything one solution fit most in my program. I spend hours focusing on a client's profile, so they can get slim, so they can get well, so they can sleep well, so they can start succeeding in their lives.

And it is working, for 9 out of ten people.

The 1 out of the ten won't follow directions ... they invent their own rules ... despite the fact that they got a detailed "map" on the best ways to proceed.

Oh well, you can't help someone who does not want to be helped.
