Is eric berg legit

 

Fitness is big business.

Becoming a medical doctor can also be a big business if you claim that you know stuff you can't really know.

There are approximately one hundred such physicians in the United States alone ... They are accredited to practice medicine, but what they exercise is not medicine ... sorry to break it to you.

Dr. Eric Berg claims that each person can be categorized in one of four types, type of body, and that body type defines what is wrong with them, how they are supposed to eat, and what they are supposed to eat, and what health supplement they should take.

I have had clients who followed Dr. Berg's dietary plan and dietary supplements, and then, a year or two later, they came to me to have their nutritionary deficiencies and supplements checked.

I have discovered that they were worse than when they started.

Why?

One of the reasons is that not a single person tends to know themselves. You have too much information, and the opposite. You are observing from the inside. It is not easy.

You also improve over time.

I used to feel really fatigued and feel pressured.

I had suggestions from an ayurvedic dude, not an expert, a lay person, like myself, told me that my vibes are very nervous, Vata vibes.

I didn't know my Vata from my education, but I decided it was worth a try.

I stayed clear of the staple food items that made vata even worse, and lo and behold, I was no more nervous.

But before I altered my diet regimen, everybody would have claimed that I was an Adrenal type ... but I wasn't.


I cannot typecast myself. kinesiology doesn't fit me into any of those boxes or categories.

In my practical experience this system is set up somehow to be desirable and easy to understand, and so that a great deal of people will buy it and discuss it.

Spoken word ... if it is easy enough and easy to discuss ... a ticket to riches.

But will not be a ticket to getting healthy, or dropping those undesirable pounds.

It may be a good start, but it will never quite take you there ...

Maybe, like my client, you'll drop some body weight, but most other aspects won't get well.

For me, the solution is to stay clear of what would make a lot of air inside me ... speaking is number one! salads, raw vegetables, cruciferous vegetables, bread ... all make gas ... and stop me from being able to sleep, and make me jittery, restless, lethargic, and impatient.

Or if you have a disposition for that, maybe even afraid ...

No other cause than the air inside you is making wild jumps.

Not surprisingly, the food item list I consume by is quite restrictive, but I am well now, essentially, and also sleep ... unless I slip up.

Same is true for my clientele.

But ... I really don't have anything one solution fit most in my system. I spend hours focusing on a person's profile, so they can get slim, so they can get well, so they can sleep well, so they can start succeeding in their lives.

And it is working, for nine out of ten people.

The one out of the ten does not follow directions ... they make up their own rules ... despite the fact that they got a detailed "map" on how to proceed.

Oh well, you can't help someone who doesn't want to be helped.
